One sample locks the look. The set matches it.
The production process behind every image set we make. You approve the exact look once, on a single sample, and every remaining image across every product and variation is produced to match it. The set stays consistent from the first image to the last.
What this is
This is the production process behind every image set we make, written down. Same shape a photography campaign would follow, with the approvals in the places you would expect them. The one difference is the sample: you sign off the exact look once, and the whole set is built to follow it.
The idea is simple. Rather than producing a large set one shot at a time and hoping it stays consistent, we build one sample in your style and lock it with you first. Every remaining image, across every product, variation, and detail, is then produced to match it exactly.
You approve the look once, on one sample
The most important moment in the whole process is the sample. Whatever you approve there sets the look for every image after it, so the set holds together instead of drifting shot to shot.
You sign off the real look of your images, on a finished sample, before we ever run the full batch.
Five stages, one look
Each stage has a clear gate. Nothing runs out of sequence.

We shape the brief together
We learn what the images are for, where they will live, the categories you need, and the style you are after. You share products, references, logos, and copy, and we shape the brief together until the scope is clear and agreed.
You approve the brief and the agreed scope before anything gets produced.
We produce one sample per category
We build one sample per category, on your first product. It shows the exact treatment, lighting, composition, and finish your full set will follow. This is the approval everything else depends on, so review it closely and tell us anything that feels off.
You approve the sample, for each category. Whatever you sign off here is the look every image after it is built to hold.
You sign off the look once, and the whole set stays consistent from the first image to the last.
We produce the full set to match
We produce every image, across every product and variation, made to match the approved sample exactly. Production can only begin once every product has reached us, so the sooner your remaining assets land, the sooner we deliver.
There are no approvals in this stage, just focused production. The look is already locked, so nothing here is left to chance.
The complete set arrives, ready to review
The full set lands organised and ready to review. Go through it and send your feedback as one consolidated set of notes. One collected round is far faster to action than scattered messages, and it keeps delivery on schedule.
Two rounds, then the final set
We apply your notes across the set through the two included revision rounds, then hand over the final images in the formats you need, ready to publish. Standard formats are included, and specialized outputs are quoted separately, so flag them early.
Two rounds included, new work quoted first
Inside your two rounds
Colour and exposure, retouching and cleanup, backgrounds, cropping and resizing, text and logo placement, and any refinement in the direction of the approved sample. Budgeted into every project, so they carry no extra charge.
Quoted before we start
Changing the approved sample or direction, a new visual concept, products beyond the agreed scope, new copy or logos, or oversized and specialized outputs. Real fresh production, priced in writing up front.
What keeps a set on schedule
The timelines above are samples. The sequence never changes, and if an approval or asset runs late on either side, delivery moves by the same amount, flagged the moment it happens.
Your products and references
Everything to be shot, plus the look you are matching.
Logos and copy
Clean files, plus any wording that goes in the images.
The full product list
Every variation and detail, confirmed at sample lock.
Feedback in three working days
At every approval gate, so the schedule holds.
Format needs flagged early
Placements, sizes, and any specialized outputs.
Consistency is the product
Anyone can generate a hundred images. Making all hundred look like they belong to the same shoot, across every product and every variation, is the hard part. That is what the sample lock buys you, and it is what you are actually hiring.
Taste cannot be automated. Everything around it can.
