PepsiCo wanted the set of their dreams. The catch was time. Building four sets for four brands is weeks of carpentry, even when nothing goes wrong, and they did not have weeks.
So we skipped the carpentry. The shoot ran on an LED screen, and we generated the backdrop. Same look as a built set, no build, no extra cost. Whenever they wanted to change the world, we swapped the image on the screen.
We gave them options for every brand
Three different variations per brand, each one tuned to that brand's colour world and energy. They got to pick the one that felt right before we committed to anything.

We upscaled the pick to broadcast quality, then rebuilt the same set across three times of day. One pick became three usable worlds, so they could shoot any tone, morning energy, golden hour, or full night, without leaving the room.

On set, the LED ran the backdrop. To change the scene we just loaded a different image. No rebuild, no relight, no second crew call. Four brands and twelve worlds out of one calendar day.
